    Suggestion for forums.

    A garage styled profile would be great! i only know of alot of these people by seeing the cars around. putting a user name to the car would be awesome. What forum software is this? i know alot of php and html i could lend a hand.
    at the least a more detailed profile. custom fields with vehicle?

    Our forum computer wiz is dstrcto he does all our forum updates what not. I like your idea, so I can run it by him and see if we are able to do something like that.

    So don't piss anyone off to give them a reason to fuck up your car noOb. Plus if someone really wanted to mess up your car that bad they would find out somehow where you lived. I think this is a good idea I'm just not sure if it can be done.

    Plus let's be honest Luis, only hondas get stolen, I've never heard of any VW or audi's being jacked. And this is Waco, not Dallas, so no one is smart enough to do the stealing part....

    i had my 2000 jetta broken into twice... but this is all besides the point. just a simple pic.. maybe some tech info.. theres a pic of ur car on the sig? most people who do car jacking dont really browse forums for cars. lock your doors, get an alarm, run out the door butt naked with a 45 every time it goes off... my neighbors believe im crazy.

    It's phpbb2, but the server we have it on is a forum specific server, aka idiot proof, so we don't have control over any modification of the actual forum software or plugins. We get what they give us.

    I'll try to add a custom field via the admin interface, I may be be able to make something work. I know a good bit o html, I never learned php cuz I never needed it.

    You guys need a host? If its phpbb2 I know u could add the garage mod. I have my own server. Or I know a really good free one.

    Not sure I have the time right now to manage a server swap. It's a cool idea, but I think it's gonna have to be put on the back burner for a little bit. PM me about the free server and I'll look into it.
